The Kids Are Alright PT. I is the first part of a two-part group show that tackles the stereotypes surrounding today's youth. This exhibition focuses explicitly on heritage, self-empowerment, childhood memories, and experimentation with various media and techniques. Participating artists, including Issa Mushidi, Samuel Lemba, Celina Vleugels, Carolina Maciel de França, and Lisa Ijeoma, shed light on this complex yet personal subject. 

 

The show is a collaboration between The Constant No, and Please Add Color, with curators Magali Elali and Kevin Kotahunyi. It was part of Antwerp Art Weekend 2022 and took place at fuggerstraat16 in Antwerp, with the generous support of KEEN from 13-30 May 2021.
